Groupe Dynamite's GARAGE division in Frisco, TX is seeking an Operations Associate to keep the store flowing and the vibe strong. You’ll own the stockroom, move inventory, process shipments, and help ensure the floor is full and replenished for a seamless customer experience.

Frontline duties include handling E-comm orders and markdowns, supporting a proactive team, and maintaining an organized environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 6+ months stockroom/inventory or back-of-house retail experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership.

Job summary:

Reporting to the Store Manager, your role as Operations Associate is all about keeping the store flowing and the vibe strong. You'll own the stockroom, keep inventory moving, process shipments, and make sure the floor stays full and fresh. From E-comm orders to markdowns, you'll help create a seamless experience that keeps our customers coming back. Behind the scenes, you're the one making sure everything runs smoothly - an essential part of the team’s success.

Your role & qualifications:

• High school diploma;
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience (bonus if fashion-related);
• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized;
• Proactive team player who takes ownership;
• Customer-first mindset—you know your work powers the experience;
• Social media skills and tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus);
• Having a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).
