Groupe Dynamite’s GARAGE/DYNAMITE is seeking an Operations Associate in Santa Clara to keep the stockroom organized, move inventory, and process shipments. You will ensure the floor stays stocked and the customer experience remains strong, from e-comm orders to in-store markdowns.

You are a proactive team player who thrives on detail and ownership. We value social media savvy, tech literacy, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Job summary:

Reporting to the Store Manager, your role as Operations Associate is all about keeping the store flowing and the vibe strong. You’ll own the stockroom, keep inventory moving, process shipments, and make sure the floor stays full and fresh. From E-comm orders to markdowns, you’ll help create a seamless experience that keeps our customers coming back. Behind the scenes, you’re the one making sure everything runs smoothly—an essential part of the team’s success.

Your role & qualifications:
