Garage/Dynamite is seeking an Operations Associate. You’ll own the stockroom, move inventory, process shipments, and ensure the floor stays full and inviting for customers. You’ll support E-comm orders and markdowns to create a seamless in-store experience.

You’ll be a proactive team player who keeps details organized, brings a customer-first mindset, and can adapt to evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts. This role helps power a thriving retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Social media skills and tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus).
• Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Manage the stockroom and oversee inventory movement.

Job summary:

Reporting to the Store Manager, your role as Operations Associate is all about keeping the store flowing and the vibe strong. You’ll own the stockroom, keep inventory moving, process shipments, and make sure the floor stays full and fresh. From E-comm orders to markdowns, you’ll help create a seamless experience that keeps our customers coming back. Behind the scenes, you’re the one making sure everything runs smoothly—an essential part of the team’s success.

Your role & qualifications:
