Job summary

GARAGE in Tampa is hiring an Operations Associate to keep the store flowing and the vibe strong. You’ll own the stockroom, manage inventory, process shipments, and ensure the floor stays full and fresh.

From E-comm orders to markdowns, you’ll help create a seamless shopping experience with a proactive ownership mindset and a customer-first approach.

This role requires attention to detail, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, and comfort with mobile and computer tech.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months in stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience preferred (fashion a bonus).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Reporting to the Store Manager, your role as Operations Associate is all about keeping the store flowing and the vibe strong. You’ll own the stockroom, keep inventory moving, process shipments, and make sure the floor stays full and fresh. From E-comm orders to markdowns, you’ll help create a seamless experience that keeps our customers coming back. Behind the scenes, you’re the one making sure everything runs smoothly—an essential part of the team’s success.

Your role & qualifications:

• High school diploma;
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience (bonus if fashion-related);
• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized;
• Proactive team player who takes ownership;
