Job summary

Garage Clothing Co. is seeking an Operations Associate to keep the store running smoothly. You will own the stockroom, move inventory, process shipments, and ensure the floor remains full and fresh. From E-comm orders to markdowns, you’ll help create a seamless customer experience and support the team behind the scenes.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining energy on the floor, coordinating with the store team, and contributing to a dynamic brand community as part of a growing fashion movement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience (bonus if fashion-related).
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership of tasks.
• Customer-first mindset that powers the in-store experience.
• Social media skills and tech-savvy; mobile and computer skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Store Manager, your role as Operations Associate is all about keeping the store flowing and the vibe strong. You’ll own the stockroom, keep inventory moving, process shipments, and make sure the floor stays full and fresh. From E-comm orders to markdowns, you’ll help create a seamless experience that keeps our customers coming back. Behind the scenes, you’re the one making sure everything runs smoothly—an essential part of the team’s success.

Your role & qualifications:
