Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of parking garage structures and equipment.
• Repair and troubleshoot parking equipment such as ticket dispensers, kiosks, gates, and elevators.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and inspect safety devices (fire suppression, emergency lighting, signage).
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and submit reports detailing tasks and issues.
• Interact professionally with patrons, assist with parking policies, directions and facility amenities.
