Four Seasons in Roselle, IL is seeking personable, mechanically inclined Garage Door Technicians & Installers to join our growing team. We provide training, tools, and support to help you succeed while you build a lasting career.

You will install, repair, and maintain garage doors for residential, commercial, and industrial customers, with safety and customer service at the forefront. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift 75 lbs are required, and ServiceTitan experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Mechanical aptitude; garage door experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and operate basic hand tools.
• A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using tablets and basic tech tools (ServiceTitan experience is a bonus).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality garage door installation, maintenance, and repair services for residential, commercial, and industrial customers in the greater Chicago area.
• Perform thorough inspections and ensure all work meets safety codes and exceeds customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of jobs—notes, photos, diagrams—for smooth operations and follow-up.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
• Recommend products and upgrades where appropriate to best meet customer needs.
• Uphold our reputation for safety, integrity, and exceptional service.
