Four Seasons, part of the Guild Garage Group, is hiring personable Garage Door Technicians & Installers to join our Roselle, IL team. We provide training, tools, and support to help you succeed.

You will install, repair, and maintain doors for residential and commercial customers, perform safety inspections, document work, and communicate clearly with clients. We offer competitive pay, benefits, a company vehicle, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• What you bring: valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Mechanical aptitude; garage door experience a plus but not required.
• Able to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders and use basic hand tools.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using tablets and basic tech tools; ServiceTitan is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain garage doors for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Perform inspections and ensure safety codes are met.
• Keep accurate job records with notes, photos, diagrams.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Recommend products and upgrades to meet customer needs.
• Uphold safety, integrity, and exceptional service.
