Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Mechanical aptitude; garage door experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and use basic hand tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality garage door installation, maintenance, and repair services to residential, commercial, and industrial customers in the greater Chicago area.
• Perform thorough inspections and ensure work meets safety codes and exceeds customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate job notes, photos, and diagrams for smooth operations and follow-up.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
• Recommend products and upgrades to meet customer needs and uphold safety and service standards.
