What You Will Do:

• Provide timely and accurate service following company standards and procedures
• Travel to customers’ homes
• Identify and communicate issues with customers
• Maintain fully stocked inventory for each job
• Document work performed according to company procedures
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions

What You Need:

• At least 1 year of experience in residential garage door installation, service, or repair
• Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug testing and background check
• Excellent customer service skills, honesty, dependability, and reliability
• Physical dexterity

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

• Diagnose and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
• Maintain strong customer service
• Attend manufacturer training classes periodically
• Participate in safety training and follow all safety policies
• Handle physical workload of at least 50 lbs

Qualifications

What You Will Bring:

• 1-5 years HVAC service experience preferred
• HVAC degree or equivalent with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
• Ability to work outdoors
