Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience in garage door systems is a plus, but we’ll train the right person.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and use hand tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, proactive, with a strong sense of urgency.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face and skilled hands that keep homes and businesses secure and functioning.
• Install, repair, and maintain residential, commercial, and industrial garage doors and openers.
• Deliver 5-star customer service with empathy, communication, and professionalism.
• Document your work with notes, diagrams, and photos.
• Inspect and guarantee all work meets safety standards and company expectations.
• Spot opportunities to recommend upgrades and services.
• Collaborate with teammates using ServiceTitan.
