Guild Garage Group is hiring dual-skilled technicians to install, repair, and maintain residential, commercial, and industrial garage doors and openers. You’ll perform inspections, diagnose issues, and clearly communicate solutions while delivering a positive customer experience on every service call.

What You’ll Do

• Install, repair, and maintain residential, commercial, and industrial garage doors and openers
• Perform thorough inspections to ensure all work meets safety standards and company quality expectations
• Diagnose issues, explain solutions clearly, and recommend products or upgrades when appropriate
• Deliver a positive, professional, and empathetic customer experience on every call
• Document work accurately with notes, diagrams, and photos to support future service needs
• Communicate and coordinate with teammates to keep operations running smoothly
• Follow OSHA and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and customers
• Continue developing your skills through training and hands‑on experience
• Take pride in workmanship that exceeds customer expectations

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and use basic hand and power tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have (but not required):

• Experience with garage door systems (commercial systems a big plus)
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar service software
