Job summary

O2 Employment Services is looking for a Sales Technician & Service Pro for a reputable local garage door company based in Redding, CA. The role combines customer service, sales, problem-solving and hands-on technical work, with occasional travel to the Chico area.

The ideal candidate has garage door installation/repair experience or a strong mechanical background, excellent communication skills, and a genuine can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience; problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong mechanical or skilled-trade background preferred.
• Garage door installation/repair experience preferred or related hands-on background.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to understand needs and recommend garage door products, repairs, or solutions.
• Provide estimates and communicate options clearly.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build customer relationships.
• Identify sales opportunities and follow up with customers in a timely manner.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot garage door issues and perform service, repairs, or installations.
