Action Garage Doors is seeking a driven Garage Door Sales Consultant in Meridian, ID to meet with homeowners and commercial clients, assess needs, and guide them to the best solutions. You will own the sales process from first consult to project completion, with training and advancement opportunities provided by a market-leading team.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging ServiceTitan and CRM tools to manage relationships, build trust, and drive referrals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience (home services, construction, remodeling, or skilled trades preferred).
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners, commercial & new builder clients to assess garage door needs and recommend solutions.
• Build trust through consultative, customer-first sales conversations.
• Manage the sales process from initial consultation through project completion.
• Prepare accurate estimates for repairs, replacements, and installations.
• Recommend products and upgrades to improve safety, appearance, and functionality.
• Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain detailed customer information and follow-ups using ServiceTitan.
• Generate referrals and build lasting customer relationships.
• Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training.
