On Time Service Pros in Minnesota is seeking a motivated Garage Door Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, service, and install residential garage doors and opener systems while delivering outstanding customer service to homeowners.

You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, replace springs, cables, rollers, tracks, and openers, perform preventative maintenance, and educate customers on repair options.

Qualifications

• Experience in garage door repair, maintenance, or installation.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, service, and install residential garage doors and opener systems.

Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, replacing springs, cables, rollers, tracks, and openers, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently. Technicians will also educate customers on repair options and recommended solutions while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and enjoys working hands-on. Must have experience in garage door repair, maintenance, or installation.
