Job summary

Fireside, a Northwest premier provider of fireplace hearth products and garage doors, seeks skilled garage door installers for our Spokane, WA area. You will install doors and openers, load parts for each job, and ensure workmanship meets safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience installing garage doors.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift in excess of 80 lbs.
• Regular attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Install garage doors and openers according to company and manufacturers’ standards.
• Ensure all parts are loaded and accounted for per each job.
• Check work for errors and correct them if necessary.
• Account for material and time used on each job.
• Abide by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies.
• Ensure that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
• Other duties as assigned.

Wage Scale : $21.00 – $26.00 per hour or piece rate

Benefits: Full-time Regular Employees (and their families) can enroll in medical, dental, vision, and 401K. Employees will also accrue 80 hours of vacation per year for the first 9 years and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

Responsibilities:

• Installing garage doors and openers in accordance with company and manufacturers’ standards.
• Ensure all parts are loaded and accounted for per each job
• Check work for error and correct them if necessary
• Account for material and time used on each job
• Abide by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies

• Other duties as assigned
