Goody Garage Doors in Phoenix, AZ seeks experienced garage door technicians and installers to install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial doors across the greater Phoenix area. With at least one year of installation experience, you will diagnose issues, ensure safety and quality, document work, and provide clear communication with customers.

Training pay is hourly, with strong earning potential after training.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial garage doors and openers throughout the greater Phoenix area
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend effective solutions
• Perform detailed inspections and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
• Maintain accurate job records, including notes, photographs, and diagrams
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and upgrades
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What You Bring

• At least one year of garage door installation experience required
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with garage door systems, tools, and installation procedures
• Ability to lift more than 75 pounds, climb ladders, and safely use hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfort using tablets and basic technology; ServiceTitan experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
