GARAGE, a brand from Groupe Dynamite, is seeking an Assistant Manager in Omaha to lead store operations and inspire a high-performing team. You’ll drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain visual standards while coordinating inventory and eComm fulfillment.

You’ll contribute to a positive shopping experience, leverage merchandising standards, and support a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment with a flexible schedule.

Formación

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment.
• Has passion for fashion, and displays an outgoing personality and passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate organizational skills, solving skills, and decision making abilities.
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment by contributing impactful ideas and solutions.
• Demonstrate the ability to promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices and building on the ideas of others.
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration.
• Social Media Skills, Mobile Device Skills, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office.
• Availability to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in all store operations while providing leadership to optimize sales results.
• Promote a positive shopping experience and lead a high performing team on the sales floor and via digital platforms.
• Contribute to inventory management and eComm order fulfillment.
• Maintain brand and visual/merchandising presentation standards & directives.
• Assist with shipment processing, replenishment, and day-to-day store operations.
• Support the success and operations of the store through proactive teamwork.

The Role:

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as the Assistant Manager is to assist the Store Manager in all aspects of the store operations, by providing leadership that optimizes sales results. You promote a positive shopping experience for each customer, while leading and inspiring a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and traffic on the sales floor and through digital platforms. You play an important role in the day to day operations of the store. You contribute to optimizing inventory management, and to increasing sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining the brand and visual/merchandising presentation standards & directives in the store. You also contribute to the management of the inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eComm order fulfillment. You are an integral part of the success of your store!

Qualifications
