Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering and exiting the garage.
• Assist customers with pay stations, gates, and parking equipment.
• Monitor garage activity and report safety or maintenance concerns.
• Perform routine garage inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Support special events and high-traffic periods as required.
• Assist with snow removal as required.

Garage Ambassador Employee Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY:Garage Ambassador employees conduct general housekeeping and janitorial duties, as well as survey facilities for safety issues and provide excellent customer service. Ensuring garages are a clean, safe place.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Greet and assist customers entering and exiting the garageAssist customers with pay stations, gates, and parking equipmentMonitor garage activity and report safety or maintenance concernsPerform routine garage inspections to ensure cleanliness and safetySupport special events and high-traffic periods as requiredAssist with snow removal as requiredOther duties as assignedWORKING CONDITIONS & ENVIRONMENT:Garage Ambassador employees work up to 90% of the time outside and should be able to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis.Repetitive use of hands, grasping and holding tools, extensive walking, standing, bending, reaching, crouching, twisting, and stair climbing.Position regularly works with various cleaning solvents, and hazardous substances for removal of graffiti, cleaning, painting, and other applications.Environmental conditions include working in weather of all types.
