Miami Valley Gaming in Lebanon, OH is seeking a full-time Gaming Technician to support our Gaming team and ensure guest satisfaction by keeping gaming equipment running smoothly.

The role requires strong customer service skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle money and math tasks. On-the-job training is provided within a friendly gaming environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain a valid gaming license.
• Ability to perform typical tasks in an entertainment/guest service environment.
• One year of customer service experience in the Gaming industry preferred.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Ability to handle basic math and large sums of money accurately.

Responsabilidades

Qualifications For a Gaming Technician
