Miami Valley Gaming is seeking a sales-oriented Executive Host to build relationships with VIP guests and promote repeat business. This full-time role sits in our Marketing team and focuses on providing exceptional hospitality and memorable experiences.

You will engage high-value players, coordinate events, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure unsurpassed guest satisfaction while upholding gaming compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or hospitality environment.
• Ability to stay on feet for long shifts.
• Pass background check or obtain gaming license.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

Offer your top tier players tickets to events like the Kentucky Derby, Bengals Football games, Cincinnati Reds Baseball games, and more! You are a can-do person who likes to keep busy and doesn't mind jumping in and help with other tasks whenever needed. You're happy that you're not stuck in a cubicle all day! While you're self-motivated and able to work independently, you are a people person and also enjoy the camaraderie that's inherent in a tight-knit team. You are happy to take advantage of our excellent ON THE JOB training and are considering advancing in a hospitality career. Qualifications For An Executive Host

• Ability to perform typical tasks required in an entertainment/guest service environment
• Ability to be on your feet for 8 hours at a time
