Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or accredited bachelor's degree with an emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store in a multiunit capacity.
• Provide and model best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, and promote promotions.
• Support the shopping environment, visual and operational elements, and guest relationships.
• Process guest purchases/returns using POS system accurately and with top-notch service.
• Recruit, interview, hire, develop, and retain high-performing associates.
• Ensure onboarding and training prior to opening/closing shifts.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll and breaks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising per company guidelines.
• Fulfill Omni-Channel orders daily.
• Protect assets and perform inventory counts and loss prevention duties.
• Lead the team to meet sales, profit, and shrink goals.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
