Job summary

GameStop in Providence, Rhode Island is looking for a Retail Keyholder to assist in managing store activities and ensure outstanding guest service. You'll be responsible for processing purchases, maintaining a clean shopping environment, and nurturing guest relationships that lead to repeat business. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Must be able to work alone and stand for up to 10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service, greet guests, and assist with their video gaming needs.
• Ensure the store is clean and merchandised according to company guidelines.
• Process guest purchases accurately via the Point-of-Sale system.
• Support store management in meeting sales and profit goals.
