Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests and respond to concerns promptly.
• Support the overall shopping environment with visual and operational elements.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the POS system.
• Promote GameStop’s guest benefits.
• Ensure store areas are clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Conduct store inventory counts and stock/restock merchandise.
• Supervise and delegate tasks in the absence of management.
