Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of people-management experience
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams
• Experience leading engineers and technical artists
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with AI and internal development tools
• Ability to drive development processes and improve practices

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of Engineering and Technical Artist teams
