You will greet customers, guide product choices, and process transactions on the POS. The position requires a willingness to learn new games and engage with gaming communities, with a strong focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of prior experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
• Proficient in cash handling methods and POS usage.
• Able to learn and explain game rules and product details to customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter and acknowledge them on exit.
• Maximize time on main floor; use POS to complete transactions and handle returns/exchanges.
• Guide customers through product selection based on interests and games they enjoy.
• Learn and demonstrate new games to customers in-store and in the restaurant area.
• Maintain familiarity with best sellers and game rules to answer questions.
