Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, promote promotions and trade-in program, and thank guests for shopping with GameStop.
• Support the shopping environment and nurture guest relationships that lead to sales and repeat business.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the POS system.
• Address guest questions in person or by phone and ensure top-notch service.
• Promote GameStop benefits such as reservations and Pro Rewards.
• Maintain clean, organized store and ensure fixtures are in good working order.
• Complete Omni-Channel orders daily.
• Safeguard assets through inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Count, balance, and reconcile daily totals in the POS system; handle cash deposits per guidelines.
