Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and assist guests in meeting their video gaming needs.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and merchandised according to company guidelines.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates in the absence of management.
