Qualifications

• 4+ years of QA experience, preferably in gaming or hospitality tech.
• Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools.
• Manual testing for APIs, UIs, integrated systems.
• Basic SQL for data validation.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps testing.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of OWASP Top Ten security standards.
• ITIL processes including Change, Incident, and Release Management.
• Eligible for gaming regulatory certifications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for enterprise business applications.
• Validate functionality across systems including CRM, POS, loyalty platforms, and mobile apps.
• Document defects using Octane and contribute to sprint planning and defect triage.
• Perform regression, smoke, and integration testing across development and staging environments.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project managers, and product owners.
• Support and contribute to automated testing frameworks, such as Unified Functional Testing.
• Maintain QA documentation including test plans, cases, and results.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC standards, regulatory requirements, and SOX controls.
