Fusion HCR is seeking a skilled .NET Developer for an onsite contract-to-hire role in Las Vegas, NV. The position involves building scalable, secure, and maintainable software using .NET, C#, and microservices in a Microsoft Azure environment.

You will design multi-tier architectures, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop unit tests to ensure quality deliverables. Experience with MAUI/Xamarin Forms is a plus for UI development.

• We are searching for an organized, ambitious .NET developer to generate software using .NET's infrastructure.
• Deploying developments and monitoring uptake by the target audience.
• Develop applications with design and programming of multi-tier applications
• Develop object-oriented and component-based applications
• Design the technical solution using best practices in web development regarding security, maintainability, scalability, and performance
• Identify and understand the scope of functionality and suggest development solutions with cost benefit and design options
• Provide timely updates on tasks and meet internal and client deadlines with high quality deliverables
• Works with customers and users to evaluate, estimate and perform application development and/or business process change requests under the direction of the appropriate Technical Lead
• Develops test scenarios and scripts as an integral component of the software quality assurance process
• Developing solutions leveraging microservices architecture, .Net, C# in a Microsoft Azure environment
• Cloud experience such as AWS, Google or Azure Cloud – we are using Azure
