Responsibilities

• Supervises operation of all gaming machines and daily activities of Bench Technician staff.
• Coordinates daily employee assignments, break schedules, and staffing levels.
• Implements strategic plan to deliver services and communicates goals and procedures.
• Verifies machine payouts per SOPs.
