Job Summary

Caesars Digital, America’s leading sports book operator, is hiring a Licensing Specialist to join the Compliance team. As a Licensing Specialist, you will be responsible for the preparation, completion, submission, maintenance, and tracking of the Company’s gaming licenses (may include a combination of Occupational, Keys, and Entities). The legal sports betting market is experiencing tremendous growth, and there has never been a more exciting time to join the team!

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

• Responsible for the timely review, submission, and tracking of personal gaming applications (“Occupational Licenses”) and other license types as needed
• Gather, maintain, and secure extremely personal and confidential information necessary for licensing and investigation purposes
• Ensure licensing and approval requests are timely prepared and submitted to the required regulatory agencies.
• Reviews application for completeness and follow up with the employees to acquire the necessary information and provide guidance to employees completing individual license applications, coordinate fingerprinting and application fees.
• Monitors and tracks license expiration dates and strict regulatory deadlines.
• Maintain organized digital files of all submissions, communications, instructions and related documentation.
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service while maintaining close working relationships with Licensees, Regulatory Agencies, Department Leads, and HR teams.
• Assist and collaborate with the Licensing Team in meeting its critical team objectives and various projects as needed.

What You Will Need

1 - 3 years of experience as a casino/gaming licensing specialist or similar role in the licensing/compliance field, handling multiple jurisdictions.

• Accurate and precise attention to detail and strict adherence to deadlines
• Must be able to work with highly confidential and sensitive documents and information and maintain such confidentiality to protect the Licensees and the Company
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities with the ability to re-prioritize in a minimum amount of time
• Self-motivated and efficient, with good business judgment and analytical skills
• Must maintain a professional demeanor
• Proven skills in the Microsoft Office Suite; particularly: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, proficient in Adobe Acrobat
• Must have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and be team-oriented.
• Familiarity with licensing regulations is preferred
• Notary Public a plus, or willing to become a Notary.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to sit for extended periods
• Must be able to type and on the phone for extended periods
• Regular in-person attendance is required in Las Vegas, NV
