Job summary

Accel Entertainment in Collinsville, IL is seeking a Warehouse Technician to perform inspections, maintenance, and deployment of gaming and amusement equipment at customer sites. This is a three-level progression based on proficiency and independence with opportunities to advance within the team.

The role includes receiving, cleaning, installing, testing, and moving devices, while using forklifts and adhering to safety and regulatory procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certified preferred.
• 0-1 year of relevant technical, warehouse or equipment experience preferred.
• Illinois Gaming Board Terminal Handler's License required for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of warehouse and equipment-support tasks including receiving, cleaning, staging, moving, loading, unloading, installing and preparing equipment.
• Inspect, test, diagnose, repair, install and decommission gaming and amusement equipment and related peripherals.
• Lead field installations, removals and exchanges and coordinate inventory needs.
• Document completed work and communicate technical information clearly to teammates and customers.
