Qualifications

• Admitted to the Florida Bar.
• At least two years of professional legal experience including criminal prosecution or defense.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance to law enforcement through all stages of investigations.
• Draft and issue subpoenas; draft search and arrest warrants.
• Advise on report composition and best practices.
• Represent the Commission in Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act proceedings.
