Job summary

Rocky Gap Casino Resort is seeking a Count/Drop role in Maryland to handle gaming drops, banking reconciliations, and related controls. You will prepare reports, maintain Count Room records, and ensure the integrity of all count room transactions while coordinating with security and management.

The position requires excellent communication, team collaboration, basic math skills, and the ability to work 18+ with background checks. A high school diploma is preferred and on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, be polite and present a neat appearance.
• The ability to work with others as a team.
• Ability to apply basic math and carry out counts accurately.
• Proven experience providing high level guest service.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Counts and reconciles venue banks.
• Performs table games drops and reconciles gaming revenue.
• Maintains the Count Room records and required paperwork.
• Prepares reports (Master Gaming Report, transfer sheets, bank paperwork).
• Ensures integrity of all count room transactions.
• Verifies right to work and passes any required security checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
