Job summary

Gamer’s Choice in Queens, NY seeks a Customer Service Representative to own the customer experience across Whatnot, TikTok, TCGplayer, and email. You’ll resolve inquiries from first response to final resolution while coordinating with our warehouse team to surface feedback and improve operations.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm at our Long Island City location, offering $23–$27 per hour DOE. Join a fast-growing ecommerce team dedicated to the love of gaming.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience in ecommerce or CPG.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Investigative mindset to dig into root causes.
• High accountability and ownership of cases.

Responsibilities

• Own customer inquiries across Whatnot, TikTok, TCGplayer, and email.
• Investigate order discrepancies with warehouse and fulfillment teams.
• Process authorized refunds and routine resolutions.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and status.
• Monitor queues and follow up on unresolved cases.
• Escalate complex issues to management.
• Share recurring issues with internal teams.
• Deliver a consistent customer experience within policy.
