Job summary

TikTok in Los Angeles is seeking a Gaming Creator Agency & Ecosystem Manager to scale our U.S. gaming creator ecosystem through agency partnerships, creator recruitment, and cross-format content strategies across LIVE and short video.

You will work with game publishers, agencies, and internal teams to design campaigns, drive monetization, and monitor performance, ensuring scalable growth and alignment with company OKRs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record in creator agency management, gaming, live streaming, or digital media.
• Deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem incl. creators, agencies, publishers.
• Experience across short-form video and livestreaming ecosystems.
• Proven experience managing external partners and driving measurable growth outcomes.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, distribution, tracking, and monetization models.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end gaming creator recruitment through agency partnerships.
• Identify, onboard, and scale high-potential gaming creators across formats.
• Develop and execute growth strategies with agencies by game, genre, and format.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with gaming creator agencies and serve as main contact for policies and tools.
• Partner with agencies and publishers on creator campaigns, in-game events, and cross-format activations.
• Design and deliver training programs for gaming creators and agency partners.
• Drive monetization through LIVE gifting, platform incentives, and publisher-led campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on gaming vertical growth priorities.
