Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; non-attorney position.
• Paralegal degree or certification preferred.
• 3-5 years of corporate legal experience.
• Prior work in the casino gaming industry preferred.
• Ability to work independently while functioning in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents, agreements, and instruments using templates with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with sales to generate contract documents for gaming/systems equipment.
• Maintain contract database and filing system for legal documents.
• Ensure contracts include approvals and meet compliance regulations.
• Maintain regular communications with internal/external clients and meet deadlines.
