The role blends hands‑on analytics with strategic partnership, supporting dashboards, reporting, and insights that guide communication strategy across marketing, PR, and studios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, or related field preferred; advanced degree a plus.
• Proficiency in analytics and data visualization/storytelling (SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience in social media analytics platforms and social listening tools, with ability to handle unstructured data.

Responsibilities

• Lead social performance reporting for PlayStation content across channels.
• Conduct social listening and sentiment analysis to understand real‑time and evolving conversations.
• Define metrics and reporting frameworks; build models and generate predictive insights.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver data‑driven recommendations.
• Support recurring and ad hoc reporting on social performance, media coverage, and launches.
