Job summary

FINE Entertainment is seeking an on-call Extra Board Team Member to join our bar and service team in Las Vegas. This is a part-time, on-call role across multiple venues, with shifts offered based on business needs and immediacy of guest requests.

The ideal candidate will be 21+, have bartending experience or be eager to learn, and demonstrate excellent guest service, cash handling, and reliable communication. A valid Alcohol Awareness Card, Health Card, and LVMPD Non-Gaming card are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to communicate with guests to meet their needs.
• Previous money-handling and cash register experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid Alcohol Awareness Card (TAM/ACT or similar).
• Must possess a valid Health Card issued by the Southern Nevada Health District.
• Must possess a valid Non-Gaming card issued by LVMPD.
• Must be able to reach, stoop, bend, lift and clean during shifts.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and eye contact, and provide superior guest service.
• Prepare and pour drinks accurately for guests and cocktail servers as needed.
• Efficiently serve food and beverages following service standards.
• Understand recipe adherence and liquor, beer and wine service.
• Know menu items and upsell to guests.
• Set up service station at start of shift and break down at end of shift.
• Clean bar and lounge area and maintain storage areas.
• Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and presentable.
• Restock bar products, garnish trays and ice bins.
• Assist in receipt, transport and storage of beverage products.
• Restock inventory and change beer kegs and soda BIBs.
• Cut fruit and garnishes for cocktails.
• Empty trash cans to maintain sanitation standards.
• Pass a Pour Test.
• Process transactions and present receipts.
• Run food to tables and announce items.
• Bus tables and perform side work.
• Market venues by collecting guest information for the marketing database.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment per health district guidelines.
• Adhere to department and company policies.

FINE Entertainment is seeking reliable, flexible Team Members for ourExtra Board. This is anon-call position with opportunities to pick up shifts based on business needs atany of our 16 locations.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Maintain accurate availability and contact information in Teamwork.


• Be available and responsive to shift offers.


• Respond to shift offers for same day or next day shifts within 15-30 minutes, depending on the timing of the assignment.


• Maintain all required work cards, licenses, certifications, and training.


• Report on time for accepted shifts and follow all venue policies and expectations.


• Be willing and able to work at different FINE Entertainment locations as needed.

Important:Extra Board does not guarantee a set number of hours. Team Members must remain reachable and be prepared to accept available shifts based on business needs.

Job Summary:

Responsible for making and serving food and beverages while providing friendly, engaging, and superior service to every guest. Keep the bar area cleaned and stocked at all times. Assist other team members with various duties as assigned

Essential Job Functions:

• Greet all guests sincerely with a smile and eye contact, and provide superior guest service.

• Efficiently serve food and beverage following the service sequence standards.


• Understands and demonstrates proper recipe adherence, as well as liquor, beer and wine service.


• Possess thorough knowledge of all menu items and ability to suggestively sell items to guests.


• Properly set up service station at start of shift, and break down station at end of shift.


• Clean bar and lounge area, including bar top, sinks, glassware, lounge tables, and all storage areas.


• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of restaurant when necessary.


• Restock bar products, garnish trays, and ice bins as necessary throughout shift.


• Assist in the receipt, transport and storage of beverage products.


• Restock bar inventory as well as change beer kegs and soda BIBs.


• Cut fruit and garnishes to specifications for use in cocktails.


• Empty trash cans to maintain service and sanitation standards.


• Must pass a Pour Test.


• Process all transactions correctly and accurately, and present all guests with a receipt.


• Run food to tables throughout the restaurant announcing each item as delivered.


• Bus Tables as necessary throughout the restaurant.


• Perform assigned side work.


• Actively market FINE ENTERTAINMENT venues by collecting guest's personal information for the marketing database.


• Must maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all guidelines established by the Southern Nevada Health District.


• Adhere to all Department and Company Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years or older.


• Previous experience as a Bartender or Apprentice Bartender is preferred.


• Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.


• Must be able to communicate with guests to meet their immediate needs.


• Previous money-handling and cash register experience is preferred.


• Must possess a valid Alcohol Awareness Card. (TAM, ACT, or other qualifying card)


• Must possess a valid Health Card issued by the Southern Nevada Heath District.


• Must possess a valid Non-Gaming card issued by the LVMPD. (Sheriff's Card)


• Must be able to reach, stoop, bend, lift, and clean during various activities throughout shift.


• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
