Job summary

Eide Bailly is seeking a focused professional for gaming regulatory compliance and internal audit work in Reno, NV. The role involves performing gaming internal audit procedures and FinCEN AML/Title 31 examinations for casino clients, while supporting consulting projects across jurisdictions.

Travel of 20-25% to client sites is expected, with in-office work in Reno. A strong background in accounting and Nevada gaming statutes will support success in this client-facing role within our Audit

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Experience in public accounting, gaming regulatory, and/or internal audit work is preferred.
  • Experience with BSA, AML, and Title 31 requirements within the gaming industry is preferred.
  • Experience with Nevada regulatory gaming statutes, regulations, and internal control standards.
  • Inquisitive and enjoys learning about various client casino processes and traveling to different locations to assist clients.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients.
  • High professional standards and ability to maintain strict client confidentiality.
  • 20-25% travel with overnight stay for work at client, which may require using a personal vehicle.
  • Day travel to local client sites may be more frequently expected.
