Job description

Hourly Rate: $16-$18/hr

We are looking for friendly individuals who appreciate and understand the value of excellent customer service. Applicants must be over 21 years old to maintain safety, compliance guidelines and a quality of the gaming experience to our customers. This position is part-time under 30 hours a week with flexible scheduling available!

Responsibilities:

  • Perform guest services by greeting guests with a warm and welcoming smile.
  • Ensure guest area is clean and properly prepared between each guest. Ensure restrooms and location is clean and professional for guests.
  • Maintain a professional and calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and set a positive example.
  • Stock and restock beverages and snack area and keep clean and organized.
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Meet operating policies and standards of safety and security.
  • Engage with and understand our guests, including discovering the guests needs and boundaries through clear communication.
  • Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
  • Carefully monitors the equipment and reports any equipment or guest problems to management immediately.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Friendly and attentive to customers.
  • Ability to work alone for full shift. Ability to restock products and clean equipment and location.
  • Will be expected to work a flexible schedule that will include some rotating nights and weekends.
  • Ability to lift maximum of 50lbs.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screen.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
