Gaming Attendant - Evergreen FS - Bloomington, IL

Location: Bloomington, IL

Hourly Rate: $16-$18/hr

We are looking for friendly individuals who appreciate and understand the value of excellent customer service. Applicants must be over 21 years old to ensure safety, compliance, and a quality gaming experience for our customers. This position is part-time, under 30 hours a week, with flexible scheduling available!

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Keep guest areas, restrooms, and the location clean and professional.
• Maintain a professional and calm demeanor during busy periods or unusual events.
• Stock and restock beverages and snacks; keep areas organized.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Follow safety and security policies and standards.
• Engage with guests to understand their needs through clear communication.
• Perform various tasks within the store as needed.
• Monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Friendly and attentive to customers.
• Ability to work alone during shifts, restock, and clean.
• Flexible schedule including some nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
