Main Event in Webster, TX is seeking a friendly Games Attendant to help run our action-packed games floor. You will guide Guests through Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters and more, while keeping equipment safe, clean and well stocked.

You'll use your tech-savvy skills to troubleshoot minor issues, assist guests with prize redemptions, and work with the Technical Team to report wear or damage.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused mindset and strong customer service skills.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new games/equipment.
• Able to communicate clearly with Guests and Management.
• Willingness to work flexible days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor games areas (Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, Rock Climbing).
• Provide exceptional service to create memorable experiences.
• Keep games and Winner’s Choice clean and stocked.
• Assist Guests with questions about point redemption.
• Report wear-and-tear to Technical Team.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage with Guests as a FUN ambassador.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
