Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Games Attendant in Wilmington. You will engage Guests, explain our games and prizes, and help ensure a safe, fun environment. You’ll monitor activities like Laser Tag, Mini Golf, and climbing experiences while keeping areas clean and stocked.

The role requires strong guest service, basic technical comfort, and teamwork. Availability for days, nights, and weekends is needed; extensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in similar role is a plus.
• Strong guest-service mindset and ability to engage with guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests to create FUN memories.
• Monitor activities and ensure safety and cleanliness of games areas.
• Keep games and prizes stocked and in good condition.
• Assist guests with questions on point redemption.
• Perform minor repairs and report wear/damage to equipment.

Job Description:At Main Event, our Games Attendants are at the center of the action on our games floor! As a Games Attendant, you are technologically savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests! You are knowledgeable on all of our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Guest’s interest and needs. You monitor event activities and safety protocols, and you make redemption suggestions so our Guests can take home the best prizes!
