Job summary

Main Event is seeking a Games Attendant to be at the center of the action on our games floor. You are tech-savvy, friendly, and ready to help guests create FUN memories. You will monitor Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, and more, ensuring safety, stock, and cleanliness while guiding prize redemptions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and ability to engage guests.
• Strong teamwork and communication with management and guests.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activities and ensure games are stocked, clean and safe.
• Provide exceptional service and create memorable guest experiences.
• Answer guest questions on point redemption.
• Perform minor repairs and report wear-and-tear to Technical Team.
• Open, mid-day, or closing duties and uphold safety standards.

Job Description:At Main Event, our Games Attendants are at the center of the action on our games floor! As a Games Attendant, you are technologically savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests! You are knowledgeable about all our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Guest’s interests and needs.
