Job summary

Main Event Entertainment in Oklahoma City is looking for friendly Games Attendants to engage Guests and ensure fun and safe experiences on Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, and Rock Climbing. You’ll keep games clean, stocked, and ready for play while guiding guests through prize redemptions and offering recommendations based on interests.

Experience is welcome but not required; you will be trained. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced,

• Guest-focused mindset and passenger service orientation.
• Savvy with technology and willingness to learn new games and systems.
• Strong teamwork and ability to communicate with Guests and management.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide engaging, high-energy service.
• Monitor and maintain safety and cleanliness of games areas.
• Assist Guests with questions on point redemption and game rules.
• Perform minor repairs and report wear to the Technical Team.
• Handle opening, mid-day, or closing duties as assigned.

Job Description:At Main Event, our Games Attendants are at the center of the action on our games floor! As a Games Attendant, you are technologically savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests! You are knowledgeable on all of our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Guest’s interest and needs. You monitor event activities and safety protocols, and you make redemption suggestions so our Guests can take home the best prizes!
