Job summary

Main Event Entertainment in Tucson, AZ seeks a friendly Games Attendant to keep our games floor lively and safe. You know the games, help guests choose fun options, and ensure prizes and redemption areas are inviting.

You will monitor activities, assist with questions, perform minor repairs, and partner with the Technical Team to report wear. The role requires good communication and teamwork to delight guests.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
  • Guest-focused mindset.
  • Savvy with technology and a willingness to learn.
  • Teamwork is a must.
  • Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
  • Availability to workdays, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor activities of Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, and Rock Climbing for safety and stock.
  • Create memorable experiences by providing exceptional service.
  • Keep games and Winner's Choice area clean and stocked.
  • Assist guests with questions about point redemption.
  • Perform minor repairs on games and laser tag vests.
  • Report wear and damage to games/equipment to the Technical Team.
  • Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Welcome and engage guests as an ambassador of FUN.
  • Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.

Job Description:

At Main Event, our Games Attendants are at the center of the action on our games floor! As a Games Attendant, you are technologically savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests! You are knowledgeable about all our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Guest’s interests and needs. You monitor event activities, safety protocols, and make redemption suggestions so our Guests can take home the best prizes!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?
  • Monitoring activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe
  • Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
  • Making sure the games and Winner's Choice are clean and stocked
  • Assisting Guests with questions regarding point redemption
  • Performing minor repairs to games and laser tag vests
  • Partnering with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment (communication is key!)
  • Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
  • Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador of FUN!
  • Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience in a similar role a plus, but not required
