Job summary

Main Event Entertainment in Columbia, MD is seeking a friendly Games Attendant to keep our games floor energized. You’ll guide guests, explain how to play, and help them redeem prizes while ensuring safety and cleanliness.

As part of a fun-loving team, you’ll monitor Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, and more, assist guests with questions, perform opening/closing duties, and report wear or issues to the Technical Team. No prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar guest-facing role is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with learning new games and tech.
• Flexible availability including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and stock games floor ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional guest experiences and prize redemptions.
• Answer questions about games and point redemption.
• Assist with opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
• Report wear or damage to the Technical Team.

Job Description:At Main Event, our Games Attendants are at the center of the action on our games floor! As a Games Attendant, you are technologically savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests! You are knowledgeable about all our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Guest’s interests and needs.
