Job summary

Main Event is hiring a Games Attendant to keep our games floor energetic and safe. You’ll be tech-savvy, outgoing, and create FUN memories for guests while guiding them through Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, and more.

You’ll stock and inspect equipment, assist with questions about points and prizes, perform light repairs, and report wear to the Technical Team. Availability for days, nights, and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and stock games like Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, and Rock Climbing to keep them clean, stocked, and safe.
• Provide exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences.
• Assist Guests with questions about point redemption and prizes.
• Perform minor repairs to games and laser tag equipment.
• Report wear-and-tear or damage to the Technical Team.

Job Description:

At Main Event, our Games Attendants are at the center of the action on our games floor! As a Games Attendant, you are technologically savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests! You are knowledgeable about all our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Guest’s interests and needs. You monitor event activities, safety protocols, and make redemption suggestions so our Guests can take home the best prizes!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Monitoring activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
• Making sure the games and Winner’s Choice are clean and stocked
• Assisting Guests with questions regarding point redemption
• Performing minor repairs to games and laser tag vests
• Partnering with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment (communication is key!)
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador of FUN!
• Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a similar role a plus, but not required
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Savvy with technology and a willingness to learn new things
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to workdays, nights and/or weekends
